A kind and thoughtful family of six in Flemington, New Jersey is looking for a full-time live-in nanny for their 11-year-old, 9-year-old, 7-year-old and newborn. The schedule will vary, but will typically be 40 hours per week Monday through Friday.
Job responsibilities will cover all care of the child, managing of their routines and schedules, preparing meals, and keeping their spaces and belongings clean and tidy. Typical schedule will be getting the kids up, taking them to the bus stops and picking them up and taking them to their activities. There is also another person who helps drive the children to their activities so you will be working along someone else who can help get tasks done. You will also need to do meal prep, grocery shopping, and help around the house when the children are in school. The nanny should be proactive and self-sufficient while keeping the parents informed and work as a team to facilitate the ideal care for the children. The ideal candidate is a flexible team-player who has a warm and positive disposition. They want a nanny who can grow with them and become a member of their family long-term.
A COVID vaccination is preferred. The nanny needs to be able to drive and swim. This person also needs to be able travel to Long Beach Island with them in the summers and can take the family car to drive home on the weekend if need be. The accommodations will be a private bedroom and bathroom. Paid vacation days and a CPR certification is preferred. The salary range offered is $35 to $40 per hour and the rate will reflect the experience and skill-set of the hired candidate.
