Live-in nanny required in Farnham, Hampshire for a family with three children aged 4, 2, and a newborn, offering a long-term role within a supportive household where mum is at home and involved in shared care. The eldest attends nursery, while the role focuses on supporting daily routines, developmental milestones, and the smooth running of the children’s schedules in a structured and nurturing environment. Responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of childcare, engaging the children in age-appropriate activities, supporting routines including feeding, naps, and play, and helping to maintain a calm and organised family day-to-day flow. The ideal candidate will be experienced with multiple young children, confident working in a shared-care arrangement, and proactive in supporting early childhood development.
A self-contained annex is provided. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a salary of £40K+ per year depending on experience.
