A family in Farnham Common is seeking an experienced Montessori Nanny to care for their happy and curious 3-year-old child. The family is looking for a warm, engaging, and proactive candidate who is passionate about early childhood development and can create a nurturing environment that encourages independence, confidence, and a love of learning. The role involves planning and organising stimulating, age-appropriate activities based on Montessori principles, supporting the child’s social, emotional, and educational development, and maintaining consistent daily routines. The nanny will be responsible for all nursery-related duties, including keeping play areas and the child’s belongings organised, preparing healthy meals and snacks, and ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment. A creative approach to play and learning is highly valued, as the family would love someone who can introduce new ideas, encourage exploration, and make each day enjoyable and enriching. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with preschool-aged children, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping young children thrive. The position is Monday to Friday, 50 hours per week, and can be offered on either a live-in or live-out basis depending on the candidate’s preference.
