A family in Erie, Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced overnight Newborn Care Specialist to provide gentle, steady support following the birth of their third child, due in August. The family is seeking a reliable, professional NCS who can provide consistent support and guidance during this important transition. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck approach, assisting the family with overnight care while ensuring the baby’s needs are met with calm, attentive care. Responsibilities include preparing and sanitizing bottles, managing the baby’s laundry, tidying and organizing the nursery, and supporting the parents in establishing routines that promote healthy sleep and development.
This is a 3-month contract and schedule will be 7 nights per week from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Compensation up to $40 per hour.
