UHNW family of five in Englewood, New Jersey is seeking a nurturing, engaging, and energetic Nanny to provide dedicated care for their three children, ages 1.5, 3, and 6 years old. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, enthusiasm, and flexibility to the household, with a strong focus on fostering developmental milestones, supporting routines, and creating a warm, structured environment.
This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in dynamic household settings and can partner seamlessly with parents and household staff.
Responsibilities
Provide loving, attentive care for three children (ages 1.5, 3, and 6).
Plan and engage children in creative, educational, and age-appropriate activities.
Manage daily routines, including school drop-offs, meals, bath time, and bedtime.
Provide full-day care for the youngest child while siblings are in school.
Perform light household support during nap/school hours (children’s laundry, tidying rooms, light meal prep, etc.).
Collaborate with household team (full-time housekeeper).
Travel with the family 2–3 times per year, providing consistent care and support.
Assist with occasional driving (family car provided).
Schedule is Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm and compensation is $120,000–$200,000 gross per year DOE
