A private family in Elizabeth Bay, Sydney is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Infant Specialist Nanny to provide exceptional care for their 5-month-old baby. The ideal candidate will be proactive, mature, emotionally grounded, and bring a warm, positive presence to the home. High levels of discretion and professionalism are essential.
Responsibilities
All aspects of infant care
Extensive newborn and infant care experience
Establishing and maintaining age-appropriate routines using gentle, responsive techniques
Feeding, settling, bathing, and supporting sleep
Sterilising bottles and maintaining feeding equipment
Supporting developmental milestones
Light tidying and home organisation related to the child
International travel with the family (experience required)
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as an infant or newborn specialist nanny
Proactive, responsible, mature, and emotionally grounded
Calm, nurturing, and confident with a happy, positive disposition
Comfortable working both day and night shifts
Able and willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Formally qualified and holding all required certifications, including:
NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
National Police Clearance
Paediatric First Aid with CPR
Working days and hours will be a mix of day and night shifts.
Salary: $120,000 per year +
