Family in Edina is seeking a full-time Nanny to start ASAP. This will be a sole childcare role providing care for a 4.5-year-old girl and a 23-month-old boy. The children attend preschool part-time, during this time, the nanny would focus on household management tasks and be available for sick care in case the children need to stay home. As both parents are professionals in the medical industry and work outside the home, they require a nanny who is highly dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistency in the children’s care and routines. Responsibilities will include following daily schedules, routines, and creating a developmentally appropriate activity plan, transportation to and from preschool, light housekeeping, cooking for children and occasional family meal prep, and laundry. Schedule is Monday to Friday 6:30am – 5:30pm. Parents’ work schedules sometimes require them to work longer hours, including occasional nights and weekends, so flexibility is needed. Vehicle required, and mileage reimbursement provided. Pay is $28 – $30/hr DOE.
