Live-In Nanny needed in East Sheen, London (SW14) to care for two young children aged 2.5 years and 9 months. This role is ideal for a warm, nurturing, and experienced nanny with strong knowledge of early years development and baby milestones. The eldest child attends nursery two days per week, so the position involves a combination of sole and shared care. The nanny will be responsible for all nursery duties, including planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, supporting developmental milestones, preparing children’s meals, maintaining routines, and ensuring a safe, stimulating environment. There are no housekeeping duties, aside from tasks related directly to the children.
The ideal candidate will be confident caring for babies and toddlers, organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting early learning and development. Excellent knowledge of weaning, sleep routines, and developmental stages is essential. This is a long-term position starting in May 2026, offering stability within a welcoming family home in the desirable area of East Sheen.
The working schedule is Monday to Friday, with three days from 8:00am to 6:00pm and two days from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Accommodation consists of a private top-floor bedroom with a bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. Salary is £38,000 gross per year.
