Buffalo, NY – Family in East Aurora is seeking a responsible, experienced Portuguese speaking Live-In Nanny to care for their three children, ages 5, 4, and 3 years old. This is a sole-charge position during the Monday–Thursday work week and requires someone energetic, organised, proactive, and able to manage three young children independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing full daily care for three children (ages 5, 4, and 3)
Managing morning routines, breakfast, and preparing the children for the day
Planning, organising, and supervising engaging daily activities, playtime, and outings
Ensuring the children attend all weekly activities and classes on time
Preparing three healthy meals per day for the children
Handling bath time and evening routines until bedtime around 8:00 PM
Maintaining a consistent structure, boundaries, and positive behavior guidance
Keeping the children’s spaces tidy and organised
Overseeing children’s laundry
Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment at all times
The main residence is in NY, but the family spends six months of the year Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The nanny will live in Monday through Thursday and may stay in the accommodation during days off if desired. Weekends (Friday–Sunday) are always off.
Schedule & Accommodation
Workdays: Monday–Thursday
Hours: Approx. 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Days Off: Friday–Sunday (no weekend duties)
Accommodation: Fully private bedroom and bathroom in all homes; nanny may stay during days off if desired.
Compensation: $72,800 per year
