A family based in Dulwich Village is seeking an experienced Norland-trained nanny to care for their 2-year-old child and baby. The family is looking for a polished, nurturing, and highly organized professional who can confidently manage the needs of two young children while creating a calm, structured, and engaging environment. Their ideal candidate is a career nanny who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys supporting children through important developmental stages with warmth and consistency.
The role will involve all nursery duties, including managing routines and developmental milestones, planning stimulating and educational activities, preparing healthy meals for the children, and maintaining organized bedrooms, wardrobes, and play areas. Responsibilities also include nursery and pre-prep drop-offs and collections, as well as supporting both children’s emotional and social development through attentive and developmentally appropriate care. The family travels occasionally and would value a nanny who is flexible and comfortable accompanying them when needed. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and experienced working in private households with young children.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–6:30 PM
Requirements:
Norland training required
Extensive experience caring for babies and toddlers
Strong understanding of developmental milestones and early childhood education
Experience planning engaging and educational activities
Comfortable managing full nursery duties
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Flexible for occasional family travel
