Looking for an English speaking governess/teacher to look after a 4-year-old girl. It is essential that you have experience as a Qualified primary school teacher within the British school system and have a passion for teaching this age group. You will be professional, well spoken with a Genuine love of children. Is firm but fair. Initiates fun activities who will be a good role model.
Duties:
• Teaching the British curriculum to their daughter, she will be in school, part of the day
• Planning lessons, activities that will encourage her learning and prepare her for school
• Knowledgeable of and actively works on her social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Liaising with the school to keep up with the schoolwork when travelling , including various administrative tasks
• Encouraging independence, teaching good manners and social etiquette
• Managing her academic and social calendar
• Communication with the parents and other staff- overseeing the menu with the chef
A nanny is already employed.
Must be happy to travel, adapting to different time zones – Experienced in planning travel to minimize jet lag would be desirable but not essential.
EU, UK or US passport is a must to be considered.
Schedule is 5/6 days per week average 25-30 hours depending on travel schedule
Salary up to £100,000 per year
