Key Responsibilities:
Acting as a mentor and positive role model for two boys aged 11 and 13
Supporting daily routines, structure, and good habits
Encouraging participation in sports, activities, and outdoor time
Assisting with homework and general academic organisation
Building a strong, respectful relationship based on trust and consistency
Accompanying the family on international travel
Promoting independence, confidence, and social development
Maintaining a calm, organised, and supportive environment
The boys are active and curious, so the role suits someone energetic who enjoys getting involved—whether that’s sports, outings, or simply encouraging good routines and habits. Travel is a big part of the role, so a UK or EU passport is required, along with a flexible mindset.
The schedule can be 5 or 6 days per week depending on the candidate, and the package includes separate accommodation, visa sponsorship, and a salary starting from 20,000 AED per month.
