The nanny will manage all aspects of the baby’s day-to-day care, including feeding, diapering, sleep routines, and age-appropriate developmental activities, while creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. Additional responsibilities include planning interactive play, supporting early learning, maintaining the child’s wardrobe and personal spaces, and assisting with light household tasks related to the baby.
The role requires adaptability, particularly during family travel (3–4 times per year), to ensure continuity of care and consistent routines.
