A Russian family based in Dubai is seeking a dedicated, experienced live-in nanny to care for their baby in a sole charge role. Both parents work full-time, so the nanny will take full responsibility for day-to-day care, routines, and developmental support.
This is a long-term position for someone confident working independently and who has strong experience with infants, particularly in areas such as early development, sleep routines, and weaning.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with Russian language skills considered a strong advantage. The role requires someone calm, organised, and knowledgeable about age-appropriate milestones, as well as confident supporting a structured and nurturing environment.
The position is Monday to Friday, 12 hours per day, with travel required as part of the role.
The family is offering a salary of AED 18,000–20,000 per month, depending on experience.
