Expat European family based in the UAE is seeking a highly qualified Live-In Nanny to join their private household and support the overall development of their two young boys (ages 4 and 5).
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced childcare professional with a strong educational background to combine traditional nanny responsibilities with structured early learning and developmental guidance in a fully staffed home.
We are seeking a professional who:

Holds a college degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, Child Psychology, or a related field

Has proven experience working with young children in private households or educational settings

Demonstrates strong knowledge of early years development milestones

Is confident creating age-appropriate educational activities and routines
-
Speaks fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

Is patient, organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent

Is willing to relocate to the UAE (if currently abroad)
Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, nurturing care in a live-in capacity

Design and implement structured, age-appropriate learning activities

Support early literacy, numeracy, and cognitive development

Encourage positive behavior and social development

Establish consistent daily routines

Coordinate with parents regarding developmental progress

Support school readiness and homework (when applicable)

Organize creative play, outdoor activities, and enrichment experiences

Travel with the family when required
Note: The household is fully staffed with a private chef and housekeeping team, allowing the nanny to focus exclusively on the children’s care and development.
