A British/Polish family in Arabian Ranches, Dubai is looking for a warm and reliable live-out nanny to care for their 1-month-old baby. This role is ideal for a nanny seeking a long-term position and who is comfortable with both sole and shared care.

Live-out position
Location: Arabian Ranches, Dubai
Care for a newborn baby (currently 1 month old)
Full-time, 5 days per week
Flexible salary for the right candidate
Mum returns to work in a year, so long-term commitment is important
Responsibilities:
Provide full newborn care — feeding, changing, settling, and sleep support
Support the baby’s early development (tummy time, sensory play, bonding activities)
Baby laundry and keeping nursery tidy and organised
Help establish healthy feeding and sleep routines
Work closely with the parents, adapting between sole care and shared care as needed
What the family is looking for:
An experienced nanny with strong newborn and infant care skills
Calm, patient, and nurturing personality
Comfortable with both sole charge and working alongside mum
Polish speaker desirable, but not essential
Reliable, trustworthy, and looking for a long-term role
