A private family in Dubai is seeking an experienced ROTA Nanny with a strong background in early childhood development to provide exceptional care for their 1-year-old child. The family is looking for someone warm, proactive, and highly organized who can create a nurturing environment while encouraging learning, independence, and healthy routines. This is a rotational position working one month on and one month off.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for all nursery duties and will travel regularly with the family, so flexibility and a travel-friendly passport are essential. This is not a fly-in/fly-out position. Applicants must already be based in Dubai, have their own accommodation, and be legally authorized to work in the UAE, as visa sponsorship and relocation are not available. The family is looking for someone who can seamlessly step into the role and become a trusted part of their childcare team.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, loving care for a 1-year-old child
Maintain consistent daily routines for meals, naps, and activities
Support developmental milestones through engaging, age-appropriate play and learning
Plan stimulating indoor and outdoor activities
Arrange age-appropriate outings, classes, and social experiences
Prepare healthy, nutritious meals and snacks for the child
Manage all nursery duties, including laundry, organization, and maintaining the child’s wardrobe
Keep the nursery, toys, and child-related belongings clean, organized, and well-stocked
Monitor developmental progress and communicate regularly with parents
Travel with the family and provide continuity of care wherever required
Requirements:
Relevant degree in Childcare, Early Years Education, Education, or a related field
Previous experience caring for toddlers in a private household
Strong understanding of early childhood development
Professional, discreet, and highly organized
Comfortable with frequent international travel
Must already be based in Dubai
Must have own accommodation
Must not require visa sponsorship
Travel-friendly passport required
Excellent references from previous nanny positions
