A private family based in Dubai is seeking a Russian-speaking nanny to care for their 6-month-old baby girl in a full-time, Monday to Friday position. This is a hands-on role focused on providing attentive, nurturing, and developmentally supportive care during the baby’s early months.
The nanny will be responsible for all aspects of daily infant care, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and changing nappies, as well as supporting and managing the weaning process. A key part of the role involves establishing healthy feeding and sleep routines, ensuring consistency and structure throughout the day. The family is looking for someone experienced in infant development who can also introduce engaging sensory and age-appropriate activities to support physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Additional responsibilities include daily outdoor walks, maintaining a clean and organized nursery, sterilising bottles, and upholding high hygiene standards. The role also places strong emphasis on encouraging Russian language development through consistent daily interaction.
Working hours are 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a monthly salary of AED 10,000 to AED 12,000 depending on experience.
