A high-profile family based in Dubai is seeking an experienced French-speaking Nanny/Governess to join their fully staffed household and support the care and development of their three children, aged 12, 5, and 3 years. This is a live-in position best suited to a polished, professional candidate who is passionate about childcare and education. The primary focus of the role is to immerse the children in the French language through natural conversation, engaging activities, and daily routines, while encouraging their confidence and overall development.
Working alongside other nannies, housekeepers, and household staff, the successful candidate will become part of a collaborative and well-organised team. Responsibilities include planning educational and age-appropriate activities, supporting homework and school routines where appropriate, encouraging positive behaviour and good manners, and accompanying the family on international trips throughout the year. The schedule is 10 to 12 hours per day, 6 days per week, and the family offers a competitive salary of £5,000 per month, together with visa sponsorship and relocation assistance for the successful candidate.
Requirements:
Native or fluent French speaker with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience as a Nanny, Governess, or Private Educator.
Experience caring for children of varying ages, including school-aged children.
Confident supporting language development through immersive, everyday interaction.
Comfortable working in a fully staffed, high-profile or private household.
Flexible to travel internationally with the family when required.
Professional, discreet, organised, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
Willing to relocate to Dubai (visa sponsorship and relocation assistance provided).
Willing to work 10–12 hours per day, 6 days per week.
