Family based in Dorado, Puerto Rico, is seeking an experienced and nurturing Night Baby Nurse or Newborn Care Specialist to provide overnight newborn care and support. The household is well-supported, with two full-time nannies already in place to provide daytime coverage and continuity of care. The Night Nurse will focus exclusively on overnight care, ensuring the infant’s comfort, safety, and steady routine throughout the night.
Duties will include:

Provide attentive overnight care for the infant, including feeding, burping, swaddling, diapering, and soothing as needed.

Establish and maintain healthy sleep patterns and feeding routines in collaboration with parents and the daytime childcare team.

Utilize and monitor the baby monitor at all times to ensure continuous supervision and safety.

Maintain a detailed overnight log noting feeding times, diaper changes, sleep durations, and any observations of note.

Prepare and sterilize bottles, organize the nursery, and manage baby laundry to maintain a calm, orderly environment.

Offer sleep training and developmental guidance, tailored to the family’s preferences and the infant’s progress.

Communicate clearly with the parents and nannies to ensure seamless handoffs between night and day shifts.

Remain observant of the baby’s health, promptly reporting any concerns or irregularities.
Start Date: May / June 2026 (Minimum 3-Month Engagement)
Compensation: $450–$650 per night DOE
