Montessori or Reggio Emilia Nanny job in Doha, Qatar
A private international family based in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced and qualified Montessori and/or Reggio Emilia trained nanny to provide high-quality, child-led care for their 1-year-old child. This is a live-in overseas role offering a stimulating, educational, and nurturing environment, ideal for a professional nanny with a strong pedagogical background.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for a 1-year-old child
Implement Montessori and/or Reggio Emilia principles through daily routines and play
Support early learning, independence, and curiosity in a child-led manner
Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational activities and sensory play
Establish and maintain consistent routines around meals, naps, and play
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child
Maintain a safe, organised, and stimulating living and play environment
Accompany the family on travel as required
Candidate Requirements
Formal training and/or strong experience in Montessori and/or Reggio Emilia approaches
Proven experience caring for toddlers, ideally from 12 months+
Native-level English speaker
Travel-friendly passport with the ability to travel internationally
Warm, calm, and professional approach
Flexible, proactive, and culturally sensitive
Excellent communication skills
Up-to-date DBS (or international equivalent) and paediatric first aid
