The Household Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the house and responding to home owner’s needs including supervising and managing other household staff.
Responsibilities
· Ensuring efficient organization and cleaning of the house
· Managing accounts for the household and payment of invoices
· Setting appointments for home maintenance and other appointments as required
· Managing other household staff and their needs
· Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies for the household
· Caring for pets and managing any appointments and food supplies
· Maintain a positive and professional approach at all times
Skills/Requirements
· Expert knowledge of home organization
· Ability to manage other household staff and operate effectively as a team
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Time management and organization and organization skills
· Attention to detail and good communication skills
· Excellent record of domestic service including managing household
· Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently
· Capable of multitasking
· Respond to home owners needs as required
Days/Hours of work: 6 days x 8 hours per day
Salary Range: Negotiable on experience
Accommodation: live-in with bedroom in a full floor apartment.
