Seeking 1 English + 1 French Tutor / Governess / Governor for VVIP family based in Doha, Qatar.
Ideal candidate is a firm, organised, outgoing, proactive and able to take care of three children between ages 4-9 with a team of nannies.
Duties :
- Tailor lessons to individual student needs.
- Plan and design curriculum and materials.
- Regularly assess and monitor progress.
- Assist with homework and assignments.
- Teach effective study habits and strategies.
- Provide support in specific subjects.
- Build student confidence and motivation.
- Communicate progress with parents.
- Adapt teaching methods to student needs.
- Prepare students for tests and exams.
- Recommend additional learning resources.
- Manage behaviors effectively.
Extensive travel involved.
Requirements :
- have a solid background in teaching, ideally with some private tutor experience
- be knowledgeable of the French/English schooling system
- must have previous Middle East experience
- be willing to travel with the family when required
- must hold a EU or UK passport
£1000-£1200 net per week depending on qualifications and experience (or the equivalent in Euros)
