Family based in Denver, Colorado, United States is seeking an experienced Night Newborn Care Specialist to support them with their baby who is currently two weeks old. The family has had extended support from relatives in the early weeks and will continue to have help available until mid July, after which they are looking to bring in a professional specialist for 3–4 nights per week through to the end of August. The role focuses on overnight newborn care, ensuring the baby’s feeding and sleep routines are well supported while allowing the parents to rest and recover. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with newborns, a calm and confident approach during night shifts, and the ability to follow established routines while also offering guidance where needed. Flexibility and reliability are important, along with a genuine understanding of the needs of new parents during the postpartum period. Hours and compensation will be discussed at interview stage.
