Down to earth family seeking long term nanny for family with 3 children. Ages of kids are: 4yr, 3yr and 18 months old. The oldest two are in school full-time Monday-Friday 8am-2:30pm.
Flexibility (domestic and international travel flexibility), positive attitude, willingness to help and truly engage kids and desire to be a part of the family is important. Strong communication skills, previous experience with toddlers and multiple children, self-starter who sees what needs to be done before being asked (after initial training period). This position has the ability to transition into a personal assistant/nanny role once all 3 kids are in school.
Ability to: drive, travel internationally and speak Spanish or Mandarin are a plus!
Schedule is flexible (can be discussed for the right candidate) but requires a minimum commitment of 3 full days per week: Monday 7am-7pm, Thursday 7am-7pm and Saturday 7am-7pm (full-time hours can be given, if needed). Youngest naps for 3 hours during the day. Ideally, during the youngest naps/ older kids are at school Nanny will reset the home (clean up the kitchen, load/unload dishwasher, tidy kids bedrooms & play space, load/unload washer & dryer, etc.) Housekeeper comes three day per week, no deep cleaning required.
The family is inclusive and is hoping for someone to stay with them long term who wants to truly grow to be part of a family (more hours given, if needed).
Mom works from home so the ability and willingness to be part of a team to ensure the house is running smoothly and that kids are well taken care of is huge!!
Hourly pay is $25/hr with the ability to earn performance based bonuses!!
