NATIONWIDE SEARCH – DALLAS, TX – UHNW family is looking for a highly intuitive, sophisticated, energetic and intelligent FULL-TIME ROTATING NANNY (seven days on, seven days off) to join their fully- staffed home. You, along with the other nanny, will each be responsible for working two weekends a month. Ideal candidate is fully OPEN to offering the family complete flexibility and fluidity! Hours are typically 9AM-9PM or 7:30AM-7:30PM. Pay is competitive and OPEN commensurate with experience. Full package provided (PTO+ health insurance and 401k). They have three children ages 10 (girl) 8 (girl) 3 (boy) and two german shepherds (must love dogs). They are a gluten-free household and the nannies are given full autonomy. This position is FAST PACED, so ideally candidates are extremely active, high energy, forward thinking (always two-steps ahead), able to tackle any project and do so with a smile on their face! They are looking for candidates who thrive in the chaos and have a great attitude, take direction well but are ultimately assertive and proactive and require little to no hand holding! Must have prior UNHW, high-profile experience, with fully staffed homes; experience traveling with families, working with multiple children at once and working with a fully staffed home; must be a team player and easy to work with! Ideal candidate has a traditional approach, is polished, sophisticated and is able to dive eight in! Must have your own reliable car and a pristine driving record. Must speak perfect English and is a competent swimmer. Passport and travel ready! Must be completely discreet and willing to sign an NDA. Covid vaccination is not required.
