A family in Cupertino, California is seeking an experienced and nurturing full-time nanny to provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for their newborn. This role is ideal for a professional infant nanny who is knowledgeable about early milestones and confident creating a structured, engaging daily routine.
The position focuses primarily on newborn care, with responsibilities evolving as the baby grows. The family is looking for someone warm, proactive, and highly attentive to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing full daily care for a newborn, including feeding and diaper changes

Engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities such as tummy time, reading, and sensory play

Taking the baby on neighborhood walks

Supporting consistent nap routines and soothing as needed

Maintaining a cycle of feeding, changing, and play throughout the day

Washing and sterilizing bottles

Completing baby’s laundry and organizing clothing

Restocking diapers and nursery essentials

Emptying nursery trash and maintaining tidy baby spaces

As the child grows:

Organizing outings to a nearby park (within walking distance)

Arranging playdates

Attending children’s classes and local activities

Qualifications:

Proven newborn and infant care experience

Strong understanding of early childhood development and milestones

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $35–$45 per hour DOE
