Night nanny needed in Costa Mesa, CA for a 1-month-old baby. Parents are seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist or Postpartum Doula to provide overnight support during the early newborn stage. This is a short-term assignment starting ASAP for approximately 1 month, working 4 nights per week (Sunday through Wednesday). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infant sleep development and newborn care, with the ability to support healthy sleep routines, soothe and settle the baby overnight, and assist with feeding support as needed. Responsibilities include monitoring sleep and feeding patterns, handling diapering and newborn hygiene, preparing and cleaning bottles and feeding supplies, and maintaining a calm, structured nighttime environment. The role also includes light nursery organisation and supporting parents with guidance and reassurance during nighttime care. The family is looking for someone experienced, dependable, and confident working independently overnight with a young newborn. Pay starts at $40+ per hour depending on experience.
