A private family in Corona del Mar, California, is seeking an experienced and nurturing ROTA Nanny to care for three children. The ideal candidate will be warm, attentive and organised, with the ability to provide consistent, engaging care while managing the children’s daily routines and busy schedules.
Responsibilities will include preparing healthy meals and snacks, assisting with school routines, activities, appointments and transportation, and planning age-appropriate outings and activities. The nanny will also be responsible for keeping the children’s bedrooms, play areas, clothing and belongings organised, as well as handling their laundry and other child-related household tasks.
The successful candidate will communicate closely with the parents and work collaboratively with the other nanny to ensure consistency between rotations. Travel with the family may be required, so flexibility is important. Candidates must have a valid driver’s licence and clean driving record, be passport ready, and be able to pass a background check. TrustLine registration is required, or candidates must be willing to become registered, and CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. The family is looking for a professional nanny who is reliable, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility for the children while on duty.
The position follows a 4 days on / 4 days off rotational schedule, with the nanny living in the family’s home while on duty. The starting salary is $95,000 per year, plus full benefits.
