First-time parents based in Coral Gables, Miami are seeking an experienced and compassionate Postpartum Doula to provide dedicated daytime support as they welcome their first baby. This is a one-month contract starting at the end of August, working 7 days per week on 12-hour daytime shifts. The family is looking for someone calm, knowledgeable and reassuring who can confidently support newborn care while helping the mother through postpartum recovery in a gentle and structured way. Responsibilities include providing hands-on newborn support, assisting with feeding and sleep routines, helping establish healthy early routines, and offering guidance and education to first-time parents as they adjust to life with a newborn. The role will also include light meal preparation and cooking, along with general household support related to mother and baby, ensuring a calm and organised environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in postpartum care, nurturing in approach, and confident in supporting both baby and parents during this important transition. Salary range is $35–$45 per hour depending on experience.
