We are seeking a Spanish-speaking ROTA Nanny with a strong background in early childhood education to join a warm and family-focused household in Coral Gables. This is a live-in rotational position caring for one active and curious toddler, with a strong emphasis on learning through everyday life. The ideal candidate brings both professional knowledge and a natural, hands-on approach to child development, creating a balance of structure, warmth, and playful exploration.

Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, nurturing care for one toddler in a safe, structured, and loving environment
Incorporate early childhood education principles into daily routines and play-based learning
Support Spanish language immersion through natural conversation and interactive activities
Plan and lead age-appropriate developmental activities (sensory play, reading, music, movement)
Maintain consistent routines including meals, naps, hygiene, and outdoor time
Encourage emotional development, curiosity, independence, and social skills
Track developmental milestones and share regular updates with parents
Work collaboratively with parents to ensure consistency across ROTA shifts
Keep the child’s environment organized, stimulating, and conducive to learning
