A family in Coral Gables, Miami is seeking an experienced overnight newborn care specialist to support the gentle sleep training of their sweet 5-month-old daughter, using a responsive, no cry-it-out approach. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in establishing age-appropriate schedules and routines, work collaboratively as a team player to create a sustainable sleep plan the family can confidently follow, and provide attentive overnight care including feeding, bottle preparation, and keeping the baby on track with a calm, consistent routine. The position is for 4 nights per week and compensation is $28–30 per hour.
