This lovely young family of 3 are looking for an experienced new-born nanny to care for their little girl on a sole charge basis. They live in what is to be considered one of the prettiest places in London, Connaught Street in a beautiful 4 story maisonette. Mum is a full-time entrepreneur & Dad is an investor at a private equity fund who is office based during the week.
They are first time parents and as they look to juggle their careers with parenthood, they’d love to find a wonderful full-time, live-out nanny to join them to help find a balance. Ideally, they’re hoping for a March start date when their daughter will be 2 months old.
General duties:
Helping them establish a successful daily routine
Changing nappies, bathing & dressing the baby
Preparing meals & feeding the baby, helping to wean her when she’s 6 months
Scheduling nap times
Engaging in stimulating, age-appropriate play
Taking the baby out for walks, classes & playdates (we’re 5 minutes from Hyde Park!)
Tidying up the baby’s bedroom and play area
Doing the baby’s laundry
Helping out with light housekeeping as needed
Candidate requirements:
The family are looking for someone special to essentially become a member of their extended family!
You will likely…
Have significant prior experience looking after new-borns
Be fit and active (they live in a 4-storey maisonette!)
Have a first aid certification
Have an excellent understanding of child development at different age stages
Be very proactive & creative in thinking of fun playtime activities!
Be nurturing and kind, bringing positive energy to everything you do
Be fluent in English & ideally French (not mandatory, but a nice bonus)
Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm
£46,800 – £54,600 gross per year DOE
