Family in Concord MA is seeking a full time nanny to care for their three children, 5-year-old girl, 3-year-old girl, 1-year-old girl The ideal candidate should feel comfortable assisting with tasks such as children’s laundry, dishwashing, meal prep for the kids, toy rotation, and general tidying and organization. Duties also include maintaining routines and engaging the children in creative, hands-on, and screen-free activities. The family spends summers at their second home in Maine and would like the nanny to join them during the week (a private bedroom and bathroom are provided on the third floor). The nanny will be flown back to Boston for weekends, if preferred. Schedule is Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM + Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM. The position requires a reliable car, and the family will provide a gas stipend. Compensation is $80K–$92K gross per year DOE.
