A fully staffed private household in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a seasoned, professional, and highly adaptable Rotational Nanny to provide attentive, developmentally focused care for two young children (ages 6 and 3).
This is a structured 1 week on / 1 week off ROTA position, ideal for a career nanny experienced in working within collaborative, high-standard environments. The nanny will work closely with parents and other household staff to ensure consistency, emotional support, and age-appropriate development.

Key Responsibilities

Provide nurturing, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care

Support structured daily routines including meals, hygiene, naps, play, and transitions

Plan and engage children in educational, creative, and outdoor activities

Support school readiness and reinforce early academic skills

Foster emotional intelligence, positive behavior, and independence

Maintain safe, clean, and organized child-related spaces

Assist with children’s meal preparation, feeding, laundry, and organization

Communicate clearly with parents regarding milestones and daily updates

Collaborate professionally with the Infant Care Specialist and household team

Travel with the family domestically and occasionally internationally
