UHNW family in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced and professional Governess to join their household on a permanent basis. This is a live-out role, best suited for someone who is nurturing, reliable, and academically minded, able to provide structured educational support alongside high-quality care. The family values discretion, consistency, and a positive, proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic support including homework help, tutoring, and exam preparation

Support good study habits, time management, and executive functioning skills

Model positive behaviours including manners, problem-solving, and resilience

Ensure a safe and engaging environment, overseeing after-school routines and activities

Maintain organization of children’s spaces, clothing, and supplies

Accompany children to extracurricular activities, appointments, and outings
Your schedule will be Monday to Friday with flexible hours, typically between 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM, with some morning starts as required. You will also be expected to work every other Saturday.
