A family in Cleveland, OH is looking for a Newborn Care Specialist or Postpartum Doula to join them as soon as possible for a short-term placement of 3–4 weeks, supporting both their newborn and the mother during those early, often overwhelming days. They’re hoping to find someone with a strong background in postpartum recovery and lactation support, someone who truly understands that caring for the mother is just as important as caring for the baby. The role is gentle but hands-on, offering guidance with feeding, helping establish early routines, and being a calm, knowledgeable presence in the home. Just as important is being respectful of the family’s space and boundaries, knowing when to step in and when to give them time to settle into their new rhythm. The schedule is 5 days per week for 5–6 hours per day, and compensation is $40 per hour.
