A busy family based in Clapham, London is looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly organised full-time nanny to provide sole-charge care for their three children, aged 4 years, 2 years, and 7 months. This is a busy and rewarding role that would suit a nanny who enjoys working with children of different ages, thrives in a fast-paced household, and can confidently juggle the changing needs of a growing family. The role offers plenty of variety, from planning fun outings and creative activities to managing routines and supporting the children’s development. The family travels internationally on a regular basis, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential. They are looking for someone who can use their initiative, stay one step ahead, and create a happy, well-organised environment where the children feel secure and encouraged to thrive.
Responsibilities:
Provide sole-charge care for all three children.
Manage nursery and school drop-offs and pick-ups.
Plan engaging weekly activities, classes, playdates, and outings.
Prepare healthy meals for the children, including batch cooking.
Complete the children’s laundry and ironing.
Manage bath time and bedtime routines.
Keep the children’s bedrooms, play areas, and belongings clean and organised.
Provide light household support related to the children as needed.
Travel internationally with the family and adapt to changing schedules while away.
Work additional hours when required, with overtime paid accordingly.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15am–6:30pm
Salary: £62,000 gross per annum, plus paid overtime.
