A private family in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a dedicated, experienced nanny to provide attentive, full-time care for their toddler and newborn. The ideal candidate will confidently manage the needs of both a toddler and a newborn, taking initiative in planning outings, outdoor play, and educational experiences for the toddler while providing attentive, loving care to the baby. Key Responsibilities:

Provide full-time childcare for two children (toddler and newborn)

Communicate effectively with the toddler, guiding and redirecting behavior in a positive, developmentally appropriate manner

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, outings, and enriching developmental play

Confidently care for the newborn, including feeding, soothing, diapering, and maintaining routines

Maintain tidiness and organization in children’s bedrooms, play areas, and common spaces

Handle children’s laundry

Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children

Run occasional family errands (dry cleaning, post office, etc.)

Accompany the family on domestic travel throughout the year (preferred)
Working Hours & Compensation:

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $30–35 per hour (commensurate with experience)
