Family relocating to Chicago is seeking a highly experienced SEN Nanny to support the care and development of their 9-year-old son who has ADHD and Autism. Duties will include supporting the boy’s daily routines and ensuring his needs are met. Working closely with his therapists, parents, and school, setting firm boundaries, and assisting with his behavioural needs. Encouraging development through educational activities, sourcing educational materials, and planning fun and engaging activities. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and enthusiastic individual with 5+ years of previous experience working as a SEN Nanny with children of the same age. Holding SEN qualifications is essential for this role along with first hand experience working with ADHD and Autism. You will work Monday – Friday for 8-10 hours per day. Salary is $1800 – $2200 per week.
