A dynamic, bi-coastal family splitting their time between Chicago and New York City is seeking a highly experienced, warm, and professional Korean-speaking nanny to care for their baby. This is a full-time, live-out position ideal for a candidate who is passionate about early childhood development and bilingual language immersion.
The nanny will play a key role in supporting the child’s growth by providing attentive care, engaging developmental activities, and consistent exposure to the Korean language in a nurturing environment. The family values organization, cleanliness, and a proactive approach to childcare.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for the baby
Engage in age-appropriate activities to support cognitive, emotional, and physical development
Speak Korean consistently with the child to encourage language acquisition
Prepare and clean bottles, ensuring proper sanitation and hygiene
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for the child
Handle light tidying and organization of child-related areas (nursery, play spaces, etc.)
Travel internationally with the family as needed
Requirements
Fluency in Korean (required)
Prior experience caring for infants
Valid driver’s license and confident driving skills (family car provided for work use)
Ability to travel internationally

Compensation
Salary up to $160,000 annually, depending on experience
