A HNW family based in Chelsea is looking for a French-speaking ROTA nanny to join their fully staffed household and provide attentive, child-focused care for their three school-aged children.
This is a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off live-out role, ideal for a professional nanny who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative household team. As the home is fully staffed, your focus will be entirely on the children, supporting their development, routines, and day-to-day wellbeing in a calm, engaging, and consistent way.
During term time, you’ll take the lead on after-school care, ensuring smooth, positive transitions from school to home. Weekends involve full-day care, with an emphasis on creating a balance between fun, learning, and downtime. The family values someone proactive, organised, and genuinely interested in the children’s growth, who can bring energy and warmth while maintaining clear boundaries. You’ll also accompany the family on all school holiday travel, making flexibility and a love of travel important for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
School pick-ups and managing after-school schedules
Taking the children to the park and organising outdoor activities
Supporting homework and school-related tasks
Planning and engaging in stimulating, age-appropriate activities and play
Managing routines and maintaining consistent, healthy boundaries
Overseeing evening routines and bedtime
Preparing school uniforms, bags, and essentials for the following day
Keeping children’s bedrooms and play areas tidy and organised
Travelling with the family during all school holidays
This role requires someone who can commute to Chelsea daily and is confident working in a dynamic, high-standard household. In return, the family offers a competitive salary of up to £80,000 gross per year and a respectful, well-organised working environment.
