A family in Chappaqua, New York is seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist (Twins) to provide expert overnight support for their newborn twins. Applicants must be local to NY.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive hands-on experience caring for multiples and a proven track record of establishing healthy sleep routines from the earliest newborn stage. The family is looking for someone calm, highly organised, and proactive who can confidently guide them through the early months with structure, reassurance, and expertise.
Responsibilities include providing full overnight newborn care for twins, implementing and supporting healthy sleep training practices, and managing feeding schedules, including breastmilk and/or formula support as needed. The specialist will handle diapering, soothing, and maintaining detailed daily logs, as well as sterilising bottles and keeping the nursery organised and well maintained. Monitoring developmental milestones and offering knowledgeable guidance and reassurance to parents are key components of this role.
The schedule is 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM, providing dedicated overnight coverage.
Compensation up to $45 per hour
