Native Spanish speaker is a must | Drivers required
USA Visa holders preferred | Sponsorship considered for the right candidate
ASAP 2022 start with trials taking place in August 2022

We are looking for two, highly switched-on native Spanish speaking Nannies for our lovely ultra-high net worth client, based in Florida, USA.

You would be responsible for two children between the ages of 3 to 7 years old and you will work on a rotational schedule to cover 7 days a week. The rota will be a 5 day working scheduled with each Nanny having two days off in the week. US visa holders are preferred; however, the family would consider sponsoring an exceptional candidate.

These are amazing opportunities for experienced and active Nanny candidates who will join a close-knit and supportive growing household team.

As the ideal candidate you will be:

Highly professional
Able to anticipate needs and quick to read people
Sporty (swimming and skiing is a must)
Can-do attitude with the ability to think ahead
Detail-oriented and flexible
Happy to work in a team with Mum and other team members
Organised and upbeat
At least 5 years solid experience in a previous high-profile household is a must and an educational background is a bonus
A confident driver with their own car to drive to and from property

Duties will include but not limited to:

Dropping off and picking up children from school (you will be provided with a car and be put on the insurance)
Taking the children to extracurricular activities and classes
Planning and executing educational and fun activities for both children
Travelling with the family, packing for the children and organising activities pre- and during travel
Organising children’s playroom and toys and purchasing appropriate materials for projects
Helping children with homework and reading
Sourcing presents for children’s birthday parties and organising logistics/driving the children
Liaise with other team members in regards to schedules, meal times, menus and organisation

The family travels from May to the end of August each year and so you will alternate with your counter-part Nanny to accompany them at this time, as well as having the opportunity to take your own annual leave. From September to April each year the family primarily spend their time in US with shorter trips skiing or sailing.

This is a full-time permanent position and a complete package (including medical, holidays and sick pay) will be provided.

If this sounds like the right role for you, then please do get in touch, we’d love to hear from you! Trials will start in US during August 2022 for successful candidates.

Please note that candidates with relevant experience and excellent, checkable references need only apply.
