A family in Cave Creek, Arizona is seeking an experienced Night Newborn Care Specialist to provide overnight support during the newborn stage. This is a 2-month contract beginning in mid-August and is ideal for a professional who is confident caring for infants and helping parents establish healthy routines from the start. Responsibilities include supporting nighttime feedings, diaper changes, burping, soothing, and settling the baby throughout the night. The specialist will also help encourage healthy sleep and feeding rhythms, keep accurate records of overnight feedings and sleep patterns for daytime continuity, sanitize bottles and pump parts as needed, and assist with light nursery tidying related to the baby’s care. The schedule is five nights per week, eight hours per night. The family is offering $30–$35 per hour.
The family is seeking candidates who are already based in the Cave Creek/Phoenix area, as relocation assistance is not available for this position.
