Phoenix, AZ – A family in Cave Creek is seeking an experienced full-time nanny to care for their baby, who will be 5 months old at the start of the role in September. As first-time parents, they are looking for someone calm, confident, and knowledgeable in infant care who can provide consistent, loving, and developmentally focused support during these important early months.
The role will be sole charge while the mother works from home, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently while maintaining a collaborative and respectful presence in the household. Responsibilities will focus entirely on baby care, including supporting developmental milestones, maintaining feeding and sleep routines, and engaging in age-appropriate interaction to encourage healthy growth and early development. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, though not required.
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Compensation: $30–$32 per hour
