Full time Nanny (can be either 4 days or 5) needed for lovely, busy family in the countryside. There are 3 children aged 8, 6 and 2. The current Nanny lives in a cottage in the grounds and works 42 hours over 4 days but the family are also open to a daily candidate and someone who wants to work a full 50 hour week.
Someone who is super flexible, gets how a household is run and is willing to pitch in and become part of the family is key here. The role is mainly nursery duties but someone who is happy to help with the odd bit of cooking and mucking in will be super appreciated- the family entertain quite a lot ! The older children are in full time school and the 2 year old will be attending Nursery a few mornings per week.
A good confident driver is essential as the school is a 45 minute drive away and a car is provided. The family are rural and have a stud farm, dogs and a pony for the children so an interest in horses would be ideal but not essential – someone who loves the countryside definitely is!
The ability to work the odd weekend would be much appreciated, either as overtime or with time off in the week.
A 2-3 bedroom cottage can be provided which is a 5-10 minute walk from the family home.
