CALABASAS, CA (NATIONWIDE SEARCH) – Single mom working from home is seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-IN/OUT NANNY/PERSONAL ASSISTANT for her 2 children (a 3.5-year-old boy, a 1.5-year-old boy). This family needs a nanny that is a self-starter, has a strong work ethic and will step in to help before being asked. Duties include caring for the youngest child while the oldest is in preschool (8 am – 3 pm M-F), cooking for the children, laundry for the children, helping keep the playroom clean and tidy, helping with the dishes, helping take out the trash or the diaper pail, helping keep a grocery inventory, and running errands for the mom when needed. If there is a need to drive the children, the nanny would be able to use the family vehicle. The hours/days are flexible but preferable 4 days a week 7 am – 7 pm. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends is valuable. The possibility of traveling with the family and being Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus, but not required.
The nanny must be dog friendly because there are 2 small dogs in the home. Candidates must be non-smokers and willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement. The nanny/PA needs to understand food safety and have a general sense of responsibility and good judgment. The perfect candidate would understand professionalism and age-appropriate activities.
