Family in Cabin John, Maryland is seeking an organized and detail-oriented nanny /family assistant to help care for their two children, ages 11-year-old and 8-year-old, and home. The family is seeking someone fluent in Spanish to reinforce their children learning and speaking Spanish at home. Their ideal candidate will provide a structured environment, and demonstrate a high level of patience and understanding to support the children’s needs effectively. This role entails creating a nurturing environment for their children to flourish and managing various child-related household tasks such as meal preparation, tidying, organizing children’s areas, laundry, maintaining household schedules and vendors, running occasional errands, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, overseeing before and after-school routines, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in play areas and rooms and coordinating activities, managing appointments, events, and activities, and other relevant household tasks.
A driver with own car is required.
The general schedule will be Monday to Thursday from 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm, and Friday from 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm. (30 guaranteed hrs/week)
The family is offering $40-$45/hour DOE.
