A UHNW family based in Business Bay, Dubai is looking for an experienced Nanny / Governess to support the care and development of their two children, aged 3 and 7. This is a developmentally focused role within a fully staffed household, best suited to someone who has previously worked with ultra-high-net-worth families and understands the standards, pace, and discretion required. The family is looking for someone calm, proactive, and genuinely passionate about early years and child development, who can support both structured learning and day-to-day emotional wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing high-quality care and educational support for children aged 3 and 7
Supporting early years development and school readiness for the younger child
Assisting with homework, learning support, and academic routines for the older child
Planning engaging, age-appropriate educational and developmental activities
Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour in both children
Working closely with parents and household staff to ensure consistency in routines
Accompanying the family on international travel during holidays
Maintaining a structured, nurturing, and stimulating environment at all times
The position is 45 hours per week over 6 days, with flexibility required to travel during school holidays. The family is open to both live-in and live-out arrangements, and visa sponsorship is available. They are looking for someone who can build a strong, trusted presence in the children’s lives while working collaboratively within a professional household environment.
